This compendium of case studies has been developed to give in depth insight into some experiences as well as share lessons from implementing the Governance and Transparency Fund programme, implemented by  WaterAid, in collaboration with the Freshwater Action Network, and funded by the UK Government’s Department for International Development. The cases cover a broad range of issues including the use of media, public expenditure monitoring or addressing corruption.
