Published by: Making All Voices Count

This think piece is based on a review of recent experience conducted between October and December 2013 and a series of e-Dialogues in January 2014. It looks for gaps and weaknesses in the available research and evidence about government responsiveness, aiming to highlight these for the research community, and to address some of them.
