This study aimed at showing the characteristics, evolution and results of a process in which it was clear that there is an interest from citizens to participate to decision making and to carry on social accountability activities.

Proceso de interacción entre sociedad civil y gobierno para transparentar la gestión pública de los servicios de agua y saneamiento en el Distrito Federal

El propósito de este estudio fue mostrar las características, evolución y resultados de un proceso en el que fuera evidente el interés ciudadano por incidir en la acción pública y desarrollar acciones de contraloría social. Se buscó además, que en tal proceso se presentara una articulación clara entre ciudadanía, académicos y autoridades gubernamentales.

How Can I Contribute to the Knowledge Platform

You may contribute to the Knowledge Platform in many different ways: you can send and disseminate your social accountability materials (toolkits, reports, videos, etc.) in the knowledge repository; you can contact, interact and collaborate with other peers and join a global community of social accountability practitioners; you can participate in the different learning and knowledge exchange activities of the GPSA KP such as online courses, thematic forums, webinars and blogs; and you can develop a partnership with the GPSA KP to implement collaborative knowledge activities.
