New Guide: Stratified Advocacy: Models and Tactics for Working Across Different Levels of Government

Budget work can occur at both the national and subnational levels of government, but it is often difficult to link this work together in a meaningful way. Building off of a peer exchange held in Ghana, IBP has released a new guide, which focuses on strategies and lessons, to help civil society organizations work across different levels of government.
