What role can citizens play in addressing stock outs?

This brief analyses why medicine stock-outs persist in Tanzania, although reforms have been passed, and identifies a number of underlying factors that explain why these reforms have not gone far enough. It also identifies fours strategies to address the institutional issues that are responsible. The ideas presented in this brief aim to build more sustainable and citizen-led solutions.
